Wheel and caster mounting guide
Before mounting, confirm top-plate size, hole spacing, bolts, support surface, wheel diameter, tread width, swivel radius and equipment center of gravity. The following content supports site structure and customer communication; formal parameters must be confirmed against product drawings.
Pre-mounting checklist
- Mounting hole spacing, plate thickness, hole diameter and bolt grade: to be confirmed
- Whether the mounting surface is flat and rigid enough: to be confirmed
- Total load, load per wheel, safety factor and impact conditions: to be confirmed
- Whether brake direction, swivel clearance and pedal position suit the application
| Check item | Customer provides | HENTAKE confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Mounting method | Top plate, threaded stem, bolt hole, fixed or special bracket | Compatible model and mounting drawing |
| Fasteners | Bolt specification, length and locking method | Recommended specification: to be confirmed |
| Floor and route | Concrete, epoxy, steel plate, rail, ramp and threshold | Tread material and wheel diameter advice |
| Usage method | Manual pushing, towing, fixed equipment or frequent steering | Bearing, bracket and brake solution |
Recommended mounting files
- Upload bottom photos and mounting-hole drawings of the equipment.
- Mark total weight, size, center of gravity and usage frequency.
- Provide old caster photos or samples for structure checking.
- Before formal mounting, follow confirmed drawings and sample-test results.
